顾客需知以下状况，店主一律不接受对换或退款---
* 顾客们购买前必须了解商品的质料，尺寸和颜色等是否合自己的心意。不能以因电脑显示器的色差所造成的衣服颜色不一样，实际尺码不合身等。
* 订购后主观性不喜欢，穿着不舒服
，没想像中漂亮，好透明，大小厚薄等问题。
1) 所有商品寄出后不能退换。
2) 所有商品都不包括邮费。
3) 所有商品已是定价，正所谓 “ 一分钱 ，一分货 ”
4) 顾客们不能以不能汇款 RM 1和RM 5 为由，我们将在包裹里退还多 出的余款。
5) 所有商品在发货前都经过严格检查 ，以确保商品正常完美才发货。
6) 所有预购的商品将在预购日期结束后的1个星期内收到货。
7) 在预购期间断货的商品将全数退款给已汇款的顾客们。

* Make sure the material,size and the color that suits your favor. There is no argue on the difference of the material,size and color.
* No argue on uncomfortable to wear, not nice looking from your imagination, too thick/thin/large/small/transparency.
1. All price stated in the picture are not including postage.
3. All price are set according to the quality of the goods.
4. We will return the balance to customers in the parcel if needed. Therefore, there is no reason that stating cannot bank in RM1 or RM5.
