[Terms & Conditions:]
1. All items are brand new and in good conditions.
2. Prices are fixed and no negotiable.
3. Sales are made on first come first serve basis.
4. All pre-order items arrived about 2-4 weeks after the closing date (excluding Saturday & Sunday and Public Holiday), sometimes it might encounter the possibility of delayed arrival, impatient buyers please think twice before placing order.
5. Goods sold are not returnable,refundable or exchangeable.
6. Cancellation is NOT allowed after order form has been submitted.
7. Backout buyers will be blacklisted.
8. Ready stock items are only reserved for a maximum of 2 days before being released again to other customers.
9. Product will only be delivered upon clearance of payment (with exception on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday ). Payment to be made to our MAYBANK and PUBLIC BANK account within 3 days of confirmation.
10. For restocks/pre-orders, advance payment in full has to be made to secure the item. Should we fail to restock/order the item, a full refund will be made.
11. Goods will be delivered via Poslaju.
12. Buyers are to bear all postage charges. We will NOT be responsible for any lost, delay or damages incured during shipping.
13. Since many computer monitors vary, therefore actual color of products maybe slightly different from what you have seen on screen. (For those who can't accept, pls do not place order!)
14. Da Glittersz reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions above at anytime.
