Time: 10.00 am to 2.00 pm
Location: Batu Pahat Mall (1st Floor, near YFS Concept Shop)

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞?
❣️Save Lives: Your donation can save up to three lives.
❣️Support Treatments: Essential for surgeries, cancer treatments, and more.
❣️Make an Impact: Bring hope to those in need.

𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞?
Healthy individuals aged 17-60, weighing at least 45 kg. Your suitability to donate will be further assessed and determined by the Medical Officer or the nurse on duty at the venue.

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞?
📌Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water.
📌Eat Well: Have a healthy meal before donating and should not be fasting.
📌Rest Well: Have enough sleep (more than 5 hours) the night before donating.
📌Bring ID: Don't forget your identification.
