Due to overwhelming response from last weekend we going to have another session again this SUNDAY

we have three sessions on that day :
1st session - 2:30pm ~ 3:30pm
2nd session - 4:00pm ~ 5:00pm
3rd session - 5:30pm ~ 6:30pm

Each session is about 60 minutes and suitable for all levels of practice. Whether you are new to yoga, or just started, we are hear to help you to get started or get deeper into your practice.

Each session can only fit 6 mats. Therefore please register for a mat space ASAP! Book now at : https://aaskwellness.setmore.com/bookclass

Please bring your own mat, yoga blocks or straps and/or towel (if you need).

Or can walk in to purchase Nadi yoga Mat and yoga blocks also available to sell.

🧡NEW VIDEO🧡 Happy Monday!

I have a lovely and relaxing yin yoga sequence for you today. It's 100% reclined! This is a wonderful practice to soothe your nervous system and relax deeply.⁠ ⁠

We'll be using one block for supported bridge pose but you can use a bolster, a pillow or a few folded up blankets instead. This is suitable for all experience levels.⁠ ⁠

You can practice at any time of the day but this would definitely be a lovely class to do before bed as all of the poses are done laying down. Enjoy!⁠

How to approach Bakasana (a.k.a Crow Pose)?
Now, what is Bakasana? “Baka” means crane, while “Asana” means pose. When we attempt a Bakasana, always put yourself in a state of stability. Focus on spreading all fingers with the index finger pointing forward. Then, left the hips high until you are on the tip of your toe. Focus at one point ahead of you and slowly shift the weight forward. Try picking up one foot off the floor at a time, and most importantly, point the toes to activate lower limb muscles 🎉.

NEW 10 MIN MORNING STRETCH

Good morning! I'm going to take you through this simple 10 minute morning yoga sequence to ease you into your day. This is a gentle yoga practice suitable for all levels, great for beginners and no props are needed.

This is a fully reclined and seated practice so there are no standing poses. This is an opportunity to connect with our breath and begin the day with mindful movement and intention. Enjoy!
