Our Borneo Lanyard Workshop is finally here! 🎉

Join us on 25 & 26 July 2026 (Saturday & Sunday) at GMBB, from 11.30 AM – 5.00 PM.

This is a 2-day workshop, where participants will learn and complete a beautiful Borneo-inspired beaded lanyard using high-quality materials.

✨ Limited to only 10 participants.
✨ Suitable for beginners.
✨ All materials will be provided.

This necklace was specially created as the prize for the Miss Heritage Icon category of the Unduk Ngadau UMS Ultra Challenge.

The base of the necklace is inspired by the Rungus Vinusak motif, a floral symbol traditionally associated with healing and poison cures.
The body of the necklace features motifs inspired by the Iban Terabai, the traditional shield that represents protection, strength, and resilience. Complementing these elements are the red and yellow linangkit patterns, reflecting the beauty of Kadazan motifs and traditional attire.

Bringing together inspirations from Sabah and Sarawak, this piece celebrates the rich heritage, artistry, and cultural diversity of Borneo.
