Full-time: 9:30am to 6pm
Part Time: Negotiable

KΝeΝyΝ RΝeΝsΝpΝoΝnΝsΝiΝbΝiΝlΝiΝtΝiΝeΝsΝ
β’ Receive order and prepare/pack items accurately as per orders and enter order details in excel sheet
β’ Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
β’ To have familiar with FB business page, shopee page. EG: how to check order on shopee, how to generate AWB from shopee, β¦.
β’ To Handle incoming phone calls, Whatsapp, FB messenger and shopee chat promptly and professionally regarding all correspondence concerning purchases, including the return of defective products, purchase order cancellations, and to present claims for shortages and damages.
β’ To conduct weekly inventory checking or whenever got new stocks arrives.
β’ Maintain warehouse organized and tidy
β’ Instantly report to Assistant Manager/ Manager if there are any issues/concern.
β’ Perform any other duties as required by management.
PΝrΝeΝfΝeΝrΝrΝeΝdΝΝ eΝxΝpΝeΝrΝiΝeΝnΝcΝeΝΝ aΝnΝdΝΝ qΝuΝaΝlΝiΝfΝiΝcΝaΝtΝiΝoΝnΝ
β’ Prefer STPM level and above. Prefer at least 1 - 2 years experience in inventory activities, customer service.
β’ Know basic MS Excel: Just need to key in data, no need to apply any formula
β’ Strong communication and negotiation skills
β’ Able to work independently
β’ Required language(s): English (Preferred), Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. (Able to communicate all 3 languages is an advantage)
