Shipping/ Postage
1. We provide free postage for internal postage (Malaysia only) . Meanwhile, international customers are bound to different shipping rate based on distance, and weight of the purchased parcel . Step 1 - place your orders through facebook message/insta message or watsapp conversation. Each orders should be clearly stated with desired colours and pattern .
2. Step 2- Make payment to the provided payment account details by our customer service team. Once the payment is accurately settled , customers must provide us their copy of payment / transaction receipt as their payment proof . Then, customers must provide us their full valid shipping details :

3. Step 3- Once the shipping is done, our customer service team will provide customers with reference postage tracking number. Until then, customers are highly requested to stay patience till we provide the details.
4. Shipping process for preorder items may take several days to proceed. Meanwhile, ready stock items shipping will only take 1-2 working days to deliver items to your door step .
5. Step 4 - Once customers received their parcel, kindly share us your purchase experience and honest feedback followed by pictures .

If incase there is any reports against our product quality, colour damages, stiching damages , or wrong delivery of product -customers must report to us about it ASAP within 24 hrs once after the items are already delivered to your foot step . Any changes or defects we would only accept under above mentioned conditions . No exchange or refund will be proceeded if your report are submitted late .
