To order your cheer bows please contact us at [email protected] or private message us here! You can also contact me through Whatsapp 0123691903 and let me know which bow you would like from us and I can make it for you. All bows are handmade to order, please allow up to 2 weeks(after payment) to make and ship an item. Larger orders take more time depending on the quantity of the order. For individuals we can only produce custom orders if we have the material in stock. However we can often make small change to exsisting bows e.g a different saying or a different colour centre. For team orders, please contact us and let us know your team colour and quantity you have in mind. Please allow a considerable notice time for material to be ordered, bows to be made and shipped! (2 months before competition)
Due to time constraints, samples are made up and photographed for you. If physical samples are required they will be available for purchase at the full sale price plus shipping. If an order is placed, we will then deduct the sample cost minus shipping. I can also personalize most items by adding rhinestones, a letter, a word or saying for an additional fee. Due to the nature of the product, an odd crystal may fall off here and there. However we use a strong adhesive, so do not expect them to fall off easily, if any at all. With each bow with rhinestones, we provide a small bag of replacement rhinestones. To re-apply them, please use any strong adhesive. Like any handmade product, please treat your bows with care. All parcels are shipped through PosLaju. Parcels should arrive within 1-3 working days after delivered. No Returns are accepted since most items are custom made.
