The Experience Showcase
“Live In Freedom Of Expression"SYNOPSIS.

Freedom Dance Studio is delighted to showcase their very first dance theatre production called L.I.F.E (Live In Freedom of Expression). This production showcases the melding of various street dance styles & contemporary dance with some very talented local choreographers & dancers.

In Malaysia, we are embedded since young with the Asian culture of meeting our parents’ expectations. We are taught to not question the choices our parents have made for us and that their intentions are to protect and guide us along the right way. We all want to make our parents’ proud with all that we have but - What if our goals in life is not the same as theirs?

Join us on this journey together as we will explore how our choices in life determine our future. We follow two best friends who are on both ends of the spectrum, one having the choices made for them by their parents’ and one who has the freedom of choice. As they go through life, they share their perspectives, struggles, hopes and dreams.
