1) Ready stock items - Orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours once payment is received (except on weekend & local public holidays). Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
2) Pre-order items - All pre-order items delivery timeline around 7-15 working days within Malaysia subject to custom clearance, logistics handling and also unforeseen circumstances.
3) No exchange/refund allow unless items ordered is out of stock
4) Buyer should allow within 2-3cm discrepancies for the measurement stated due to different ways of measurement.
5) Products colors may differ mainly due to colour calibration of individual's computer and it might appear brighter/darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
