[Limited Edition] Fullcount & Co. “WORK OF ARTS” 2501-2102 CRAZY PATTERN 13.7oz Selvedge Type II Jacket

This ultra-rare creation is part of Fullcount’s exclusive “Work Of Arts” series. Specially created by the esteemed ‘Sable’, Japan’s top denim processing factory. It is run by solitary master craftsman Takada-san who has more than 30 years expertise in vintage color fading processing. His work is only available to “those who know”, making each piece an extremely rare work of art that cannot be replicated.

Handcrafted from their signature 13.7oz Zimbabwe cotton selvedge denim. Each jacket starts out as pure Indigo before being masterfully hand-processed and transformed into this unique patchwork style. This design is achieved purely through the art of fading with no additional fabrics or sewing. This is a delicate, time-consuming process that creates a gorgeous mosaic of colours even in the same piece of fabric. The end result is an almost abstract work of art that is like nothing you’ve ever seen.

This jacket Fullcount’s take on a mid-1950’s Type II design. Featuring vintage specs such as dual utility chest pockets, front actions pleats, and button waist adjusters. Complete with custom Goatskin leather patch, exclusive faded Pink-line selvedge ID, and custom metal hardware.

Nudie Jeans Tuff Tony One Wash

These wide straight jeans are crafted from a premium 14.2oz rigid denim made using regenerative organic cotton. Finished in a beautifully simple deep Blue wash, designed to capture the subtle character of a dry denim after your first wash at home. The fabric is engineered to have a vintage-style deep Indigo tone with a medium slub character. The special wash has shifted the dark Blue hue into a rich, Redcast Blue while also intensifying all the subtle yet rich irregular textures. These jeans are designed to give you a sneak peek of all the beautiful qualities of this denim right from the start.

Regenerative organic cotton is a labour-intensive and passionate process that is completely natural while restoring the land and people around it. Complete with signature Orange back-pocket embo-stitch, Jacron patch, Orange thread on all seams, and Copper trims. Designed to be the perfect everyday denim, these will evolve incredibly to vibrant colours and textures that are only seen on the very best vintage pieces.

Samurai Jeans S511AX “Ai-Plus” 18oz Natural Indigo Slim Tapered

These beautiful jeans are specially hand-dyed with a custom Natural and Pure Indigo blend; creating an incredible mixture of bright vivid Blues that come in two distinct shades. Crafted using Samurai’s renowned 18oz “Ai-Plus” selvedge denim. Woven on vintage shuttle looms using American cotton for the warp, and premium Japanese cotton for the weft. The Japanese cotton is grown especially in Sasayama, Japan under the “Samurai Cotton Project” by Toru Nogami. Planted, weeded, and picked entirely by hand following traditional Japanese techniques. It is an expensive and time-consuming process that produces only the finest cotton. This gives the jeans a super-soft feel with incredibly slubby nep textures. Engineered for the ultimate “Atari”, these will produce high-contrast fades with rich textures, and a gorgeous gradient of deep Indigo tones.

Cut in a slim tapered fit with mid-rise, and a sleek modern tapered leg. The button fly is a premium Silver coated Iron Japanese “Taiko” drum design. The Selvedge ID is an exclusive Natural Indigo line. The sheep leather patch is custom dye printed with Natural Indigo. And the pocket bags are a custom “Ai-Plus” printed twill. Complete with exclusive woven Samurai label, coin pocket selvedge, and Copper “Shogyo Mujyo” rivets. Unsanforized and one washed to remove shrinkage.

[Limited Model] Graph Zero World War II Type I “Green Indigo” Skein Dyeing Jacket

This special edition jacket is hand-dyed using an ancient Japanese “Kase-zome” (Skein dyeing) technique. Done using a proprietary “Green Indigo” dye developed exclusively by Graph Zero. The warp yarns are specially dyed till the core in loose, twisted bundles, which allow the dye to pe*****te deeply and evenly. This creates ultra-rich, vibrant colours that are unmatched by standard rope-dyeing. With wear, this denim will only get more vibrant, revealing vivid, gradieted shades of Indigo with a gorgeous Green tint.

The jacket is modelled after a classic WWII era Type I design, with period correct detailing. Handcrafted from an original 15oz slubby selvedge denim woven exclusively in-house on vintage shuttle looms at ultra-low tension. This denim is engineered for an ultra-slubby character with a raw, artisanal feel; giving it a painterly texture that looks almost like brush-strokes. You can expect rich, vertical rain-drop textures and fades that will only enhance the beauty of the Green Indigo.

There is a single utility pocket on the left chest. A classic cinch buckle-back for custom adjustment. And the Selvedge ID is done in their iconic Orange. Complete with custom leather patch, original metal hardware, and signature Graph Zero pocket stitch.

Moonstar Alweather RF “Refined” Olive

This rugged, hybrid shoe is part of Moonstar’s latest RF “Refined” line, upgraded with improved design and construction details. Combining all the comfort of a sneaker with the all weather protection of a duck boot. Each pair is handcrafted using the ancient Japanese art of “Ka-ryu” vulcanization, in one of the last traditional factories in Japan operating since 1873.

Specially designed with a sturdy natural rubber sole that wraps around the toe cap, vamp, and side panels for protection against the harshest environments. The upper is crafted from a tough Cotton-Nylon canvas that is also water-repellent. Producing a highly durable sneaker that is sleek while still being highly waterproof.

This quality of footwear can only be achieved by baking the shoe in a specialized 100°C sulfur-added kiln. It is a labour-intensive, time-consuming process that can only be done by master artisans. Creating the ultimate shoe that is unsurpassed in quality, comfort, and durability.

Fullcount & Co. Rail Road Caps

These beautiful caps are inspired by classic workwear once worn by American railroad workers and coal miners. It has undergone a subtle redesign to improve wearability while still maintaining the rugged character of the original. A buckle strap has been added for adjustable sizing, there are ventilation holes for breathability, and the crown is roomier for a better comfort fit.

The ’6260-1’ is crafted from a special 8oz “Comfy Denim” made from 100% Zimbabwe Cotton. Designed for extreme soft-supple comfort while giving you a gorgeous, natural patina with vivid Blues. The ‘6260-2’ is crafted from a custom 10oz Black Herringbone fabric. Created exclusively for a vintage workwear character and that iconic zig-zag pattern, these will fade to deep textured shades of Grey.

Both of these fabrics were specially engineered to recapture the golden era of workwear, and are also used to craft Fullcount’s Seaman’s Trousers and USN Shawl Collar Overall. Made to withstand the harshest of wear, you can expect a lifetime of beautiful patina that will only get better with age.

This rare, special creation is Fullcount’s latest 11.5oz “Super Smooth” selvedge series inspired by vintage mid 1900’s WWII era denim. Rebuilding upon all the classic qualities of their flagship 13.7oz denim, this new fabric is lighter and softer, while maintaining all the same vintage fading potential. Specially woven on vintage shuttle looms, this fabric has an extremely smooth hand feel with gorgeous hairy character. Engineered for ultimate comfort while still producing an authentic vintage quality with wear. These will fade to vibrant clear Blue hues, subtle textured depth, and soft yet distinct wear marks.

When Fullcount completed this fabric, the result was so impressive that they created a new special standard with limited details. This 0105 wide cut features a high rise and roomy straight legs for a classic workwear fit. The pocket bags are an exclusive Indigo herringbone with a gorgeous yet refined character. Complete with custom Goatskin leather patch, exclusive faded Pink-line selvedge ID, coin pocket selvedge, and custom metal hardware. Unsanforized but one washed to remove shrinkage. Handcrafted from a uniquely textured 15.7oz ultra-high-density selvedge denim specially dyed using a deep Black Sulphur process. The fabric is woven exclusively on vintage shuttle looms using extra-long staple Zimbabwean cotton. Done at high-tension to create a tight, sturdy weave with a rich, rugged texture. The Black Sulphur dye has given the denim a deep, Matte Black finish while preserving the crisp, irregular texture of the fabric. With wear, you can expect gorgeous textured abrasions, high-contrast wear marks, and rich-graduated shades of Grey.

Cut with a high-rise, roomy thighs, and sharp taper down the knee for a timeless shape and easy everyday comfort. The back right pocket is detailed with their iconic “Going To Battle” double stripes in a special Greyscale finish, paying tribute to the legend of Momotaro. The warp yarns are specially dyed till the core in loose, twisted bundles, which allow the dye to pe*****te deeply and evenly. This creates ultra-rich, vibrant colours that are unmatched by standard rope-dyeing. With wear, these jeans will only get more colourful, revealing a fantastic gradient of faded yet vivid shades.

Crafted from an original 15oz slubby selvedge denim. Woven exclusively in-house on vintage shuttle looms at ultra-low tension. Designed for an ultra-slubby character with a raw, artisanal feel; these have a painterly texture that looks almost like brush-strokes. You can expect some of the most richly uneven, textured fades and abrasions that will only enhance the beauty of the Green Indigo.

[Limited Model] Fullcount & Co. 2102E “HORIDAI” Classic Tattoo Embroidery Type II Jacket

This rare, special creation is a collaboration with renowned tattoo artist Horidai-san. A long-time collaborator who has previously worked on Fullcount’s souvenir jackets to bring a raw and wild atmosphere. The bold tattoo-inspired embroidery on the back is executed by his masterful hands. Featuring a skull-and-snake motif inspired by early 1950’s “Sukajan” Souvenir Jackets. “But simply reproducing it didn’t feel exciting” according to Horidai-san. As such, personal elements were added in. Vintage billiard cues and an 8-ball were incorporated since Fullcount’s founder Tsujita-san is a big billiard enthusiast. Later on, the design was completed with old-school dice, a black widow, and a ‘Classic’ motif from his own tattoo work. Producing a unique, heart-felt creation that pays tribute to the rich history of Souvenir Jackets, as well as his unique relationship with Fullcount.

The jacket is cut in a classic 1950’s type II design. Crafted from their flagship 13.7oz Zimbabwe cotton selvedge that is soft, supple, and full of vintage hairy-slub character. This denim is much thicker than the original satin jumpers, making it much harder to embroider especially in parts like the yoke and pleats. It’s an extremely difficult, time-consuming process that Fullcount have mastered; pouring in every bit of effort and attention. Complete with vintage specs such as double utility pockets and double-pleated front button closure. With wear, this will fade to gorgeously textured, clear Blue hues that really enhance the beauty of the embroidered artwork.
