Job Description
Job Descriptions:
• To design graphic artwork for online campaign for E-commerce platform.
• To coordinate and complete product fulfillment and delivery.
• Monitor and manage daily e-commerce operations (order, utilizing digital marketing platform and tools, processing/product listing/inventory).
• Optimize online stores and to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Update website content, such as products, promotions and etc.
• Knowledge of E-commerce system is an added advantage (Zalora, Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
Requirements:
• At least a Diploma in Multimedia Arts / Graphic Design or equivalent (for Junior Graphic Designer cm E-Commerce)
• Min requirement SPM - school leavers are encouraged to apply (for E-Commerce Administration Personnel)
• Preferably with 1 year experience in E-Commerce related industry.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge in Mandarin would be added advantage.
• Required knowledge of graphic design (adobe illustrator, adobe photoshop, adobe after effects & other design software).
• Passion in E-Commerce.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Multi-tasking skills required, self-motivated & willing to explore new thing.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently.
