Shipping Fees:
Free Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia
An additional fee of RM10 for delivery to Sabah & Sarawak
Delivery:
Delivery only. No pickup options.
Customer will expect to receive the goods within 2-3 working days unless there is a problem where we will notify via email.
Should stock run out, restocking will take up to 21 working days.
Customer must ensure the presence of a physical receiver to acknowledge delivery. In the events no one will be available during the day to receive the item, kindly contact the courier service for the best delivery arrangement.
Customer will have to pay additional delivery fees in the event where the item is returned due to multiple failed attempts to deliver the item without the presence of a receiver.
Warranty & Replacement:
All faulty item will be replaced
Wear and tear on parcel exterior packaging caused during transit of delivery is not entitled for refund or replacement
Delivery of returning the product with manufacturing defects will be borne by customer.
Delivery of replacement product to the customer(s) will be borne by Moredeal
