Immediate Hiring - Part Time / Full-Time

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers.
- Recommend items that match customer needs.
- Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.
- Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
- Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.
- Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep up to date with product information.
- Receiving, processing, and organizing shop items.

Requirements:
- Min. with SPM/ STPM graduate
- Understand Point of Sale (POS) software.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
- Detail-oriented.

Working Hour:
Mon-Sun 10am-7pm

Working Location:
Ayer Leleh, Malacca

Language (Speak and Read):
Malay, English, Mandarin
