1) The price of the Goods shall be the price stated in Starship Clothing timeline at the time which the buyer makes its offer purchase to Starship
Clothing. The price excludes the cost of delivering charges.
2) Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the address specified by the buyer in its order. Any quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only. The time taken for deliver shall not be of the essence and Starship Clothing shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused. (shipment delay)
3) Goods sold are not return/refund or cancellations are not allowed perishable goods. To ensure that you are satisfied with your clothes you received, please give us the feedback as soon as your parcel arrives.
4) Starship Clothing are not responsible for any damages caused by courier service during the delivery. Besides, We are not liable for parcel during delivery process.
5) All of the pictures are taken from our suppliers, in some cases item might be slightly different from as seen from picture. Please give allowance to differences in color / shades due to the lightings and differences in screen resolution.
6) All ready stock items will take 2-3 working days (except Weekends and Public holiday) and all pre-order items will take 7-18 working days (except Weekends and Public holiday) to arrive after batch close.
7) Kindly allow minor differences on the measurements for each items as all measurements are provided directly by supplier , which are all measured by hands. All of the measurements will different in 2-3cm.
8) Once the payment is made, we assumed that our customer is agreed with our Terms and Conditions.
