1.All clothes sold are brand new/pre-loved and in good condition.
2.Refund and exchange are not allowed especially after the transactions have been made.
3.We only accept Cash On Delivery(C.O.D.) and bank in payment to our maybank account.
4.No backouts once purchases had been confirmed.
5.We will not be held responsible for any lost or damage during delivery .
6.We only reserve the item for 3days, as we operate on a first come, first served basis. If payment is not remitted within 3 days of confirmation, the item will be released.
7.if and only if the items is damage (in any case that we need bear responsibility) and non replaceable, there is no refund but exchange (except new stock) is allowed.
