👓 This customer came back three times saying his vision was still blur.
At first, we really thought we made a mistake — maybe the power, the fitting, or even the frame.
But after checking again and again, we realised the problem wasn’t the glasses.
👉 He had a cataract surgery two months ago.
After this kind of surgery, your power can keep changing for weeks or even months.
So no matter how many times we remake the lens, it still wouldn’t be stable.
In the end, we replaced his lenses three times, fully covered by us.
Not because of money —
but because when it comes to your eyesight, we cannot take shortcuts.
