• Ants Wardrobe processes your order within 24 hours.
• Items will be shipped and delivered to your doorstep within 12 – 14 working days from the next day of payment confirmation, excluding all public holidays and weekend.
• Ants Wardrobe does not accept refund requests due to delay in delivery during festive season, public holidays and weekends.
• Should there be delay due to import issues; Ants Wardrobe will inform buyers via LINE and FB. Request to refund will not be entertained.

Ants Wardrobe pledges to pay our best effort in ensuring the items are in good condition during sorting, packing and dispatch. However, we hope that buyers understand it is beyond our control when the parcel is being delivered by courier companies. Please be informed that Ants wardrobe will not be responsible in any loss or delay during the delivery of parcel. Ants Wardrobe ships by other courier service upon request and extra charge. Ants Wardrobe offers once complimentary shipping within Malaysia for purchase of RM 200 and above.

Exchange & Refund Policy
• All sales are final once the order has been confirmed. No returns or exchanges are accepted. In the event the product is out of stock, a refund will be credited into the buyers account. Defective item does not include wrong size chosen, wrong colour chosen, dislike of design chosen or any error in purchase caused by buyer.
• Colour deviation (due to monitor display) and measurements deviation (lay flat) within range of 0.5 to 1.5 inch will not be considered as defective items. In this case, a refund / exchange is not allowed.
• Ants Wardrobe reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
• To avoid any error, Ants Wardrobe advice buyers to confirm the details of item before making purchase. We offer our best effort in Ants Wardrobe to display the items as close as possible to actual item. However, buyers are liable for the decision in making a purchase.
