11. Custom made dresses are NOT REFUNDABLE. Dresses are made according to the measurement given by our customers. If our customers scared that you wouldn’t be able to measure accurately, we would suggest our customers to purchase a size bigger and you could go to a nearby tailor shop to help you measure and change the size to your fitting J
