HAIR CARE FOR HIJABI
As Hijabi’s we often neglect our hair because the whole world can’t see it. This is so wrong on so many ways because we are only damaging our hair and blame the hijab.
It ain’t the hijab, It’s the way we treating it!
Here some tips to take care of your hair as a Hijabi and preventing hair loss:
1. Brushing – it need to be done gently so the best way is when your hair is tame & relaxed.
2. Washing – you need to shampoo your roots and scalp. Don’t put any shampoo through the ends as its very drying and after that apply the conditioner. Don’t wash your hair every day, your hair will get very dry. You should wash it once in two days.
3. Stop getting lank greasy dull hair – before shower comb your hair with a wide-tooth comb to untangle any knots. You also need to let your hair dry naturally and completely after washing before wearing hijab and please don’t tie it while it wet.
4. Letting your hair breath – taking off the hijab as soon as you’re home is good for the hair and massaging your roots makes hair more prone to greasiness.
5. Fabrics – wear hijab with fabric that can protect your hair from dangerous UV rays and pollution.

HIJAB HACKS YOU DIDN’T KNOW 🤷😍
Hacks is a short code to an everyday problem when you’re feeling incredibly lazy and don’t want to put the effort in. These hacks may seem like just fun but these are ideas that people have tested out and they do work.
1. Shower puffs for buns 🌸
I am referring to those girls that love to make a bun out of their hair using a hair claw or a coil so that they can either wear the hijab turban style or wear it so that hair has volume. If your hair accessory is missing, you can use a rope, rip off a strip from some material or use your stockings to tie your hair back into a bun. Some people even resort to pinning shower puffs so that the back of the head looks puffed up!
2. Emergency Pins 🌸
Your pins is easy enough to lose, or you might need one on a windy day. Although you could store them in a section in your wallet or purse, another cool idea is to put them in a pen casing. First make sure you have a pen that opens up, then put your pins in there and close it back. Now make sure you don’t lose the pen!
3. Color me right 🌸
Your struggling to make sure your hijab matches with your skin tone and life can start looking a bit painful when you cannot work it out. So why not print off colour wheel that will guide you on what to wear?
4. Hijab Chaos 🌸
you probably find it easy to just chuck your hijab in the nearest place possible place. Of course this can lead to other problems such as it getting creased or stained. Be smart and either get organised with hangers or alternatively with hanger that has sections in it, you can hang your scarf in each section and know exactly which one you would like to wear.

How to choose the best hijab for you?😍🌹🌹
I believe all the hijabi out there have difficulty in choosing hijab to wear. When wearing a hijab, of course, you want to look beautiful, elegant, and comfortable. So you must pick the best hijab that suitable for your skin tone, your face shape, and accordingly to the event.
So here some tips for you
1. First things, it is must be comfortable. You don't have to be in discomfort to look beautiful.
2. You have to look elegant and not overdo it.
3. Choose a color that makes you feel confident, don't wear the color that makes your skin look washed out.
4. Wear it according to whatever style is most comfortable for you. You don't always have to follow the trend.
5. Use pins to keep it tight but don't overdo it.
6. Wear your hijab with elegance and confidence.
7. Style your hijab according to your dress to give a decent look.
But the most important part here that you should choose something COMFORTABLE and remember that you're beautiful just the way you're. You don't have to follow the trend all the time.

HOW TO KEEP YOUR HIJAB FROM SMELLING 🥴
Ever had that problem when you realized a putrid odor was coming from your hijab? This is a common problem that is faced by us hijabis.
Here are some tips I have picked up along the way to keep your hijab from smelling:
1.) AIR IT OUT💨
This is one of the best and quickest solutions for hijabs that have a “light” funky smell. All you have to do is shake it off!
2.) HANG IT ON A CLOTHING LINE☁️
This is an old school tactic that is similar to the first but involves a bit more time. Try leaving your scarf out in the fresh air overnight to get rid of the stench.
3.) SPRAY A DASH PERFUME🌸
Use a light amount of a spray to make your hijab smell fresh and clean. This way, the only one that can smell your nice perfume will be you.
4.) SOAP🧼
With cold water, rinse the hijab with soap. Next, squeeze out the excess water and allow the scarf to air dry.
5.) BAKING SODA
For very strong smells, try covering the hijab all over with baking soda to absorb the stench. It is recommended to place the scarf and baking soda inside a plastic bag and leave it for a whole day for it to work.
6.) ESSENTIAL OILS 😊
Get a box and drip a few drops of your favorite essential oil, like lavender for example. Then place your hijab(s) inside and let them absorb the beautiful smell.

HOW TO USE HIJAB PINS📍🥰
Hijab pins are amazing for the Muslimah who wants to keep the scarf on her head all day.
Here are ways you can use the three different types of hijab pins:
1. STRAIGHT PINS📌
To use the straight pin, drape the scarf around your head as desired and pin throughout the process as many times as you need to. Take the pin and slide it downwards, making sure to go through all of the fabric layers to make it secure. Next, angle the pin outwards so that it pokes out, and then proceed to go downwards again underneath the layers.
2. SAFETY PINS📌
To use this type of pin, first place the scarf on top of your head. After that, grab both sides of the scarf underneath your neck and unhook the safety pin from its sheath. You will then place the needle of the safety pin through both pieces of fabric under the neck and hook it back into the sheath to secure the scarf. After using the safety pin, you can now wrap your hijab as desired and you won’t have to worry about it coming undone!
3. STICK PINS📌
Stick pins are an exciting type of hijab pin because they are used to adorn and secure the scarf at the same time! They are usually used as the last step of the hijab wrapping process so that they can be placed on the outside of the headscarf. In order to use a stick pin, first finish wrapping your scarf. After that, you will slip the needle through the folds of the scarf downwards like the straight pin and attach the closure.😊
