- Merchandise must be in original packaging (UNUSED, UNWASHED, UNALTERED and Original Tag Attach)
- Bra , inner, underwear , accessories and any undergarment are strictly non refundable and exchangeable due to hygiene purposes.
- Merchandise must have original tags attached.
- Return and exchange can be done in one (1) time only.
- Returns only can be made ONE TIME PER ITEM.
- All return items will be refunded in store credit. Strictly no cash refund is allowed, unless is manufacturing defects.
-Delivery fees of returned item will be bared by buyers.
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the date of merchandise received.
- For return item, if we send to your Malaysia address kindly reuse Malaysia courier for postage back to us. If we courier to your Malaysia address, we will not accept any courier back to us from Singapore or other country.
