� 若顾客们没在指定的时间收到包裹，请马上向我们询问包裹号码。
我们将会替你追踪包裹，如果追踪结果显示邮差已到过你家，但没人在家，请马上到附近的邮政局自行领回你们的包裹， 否则POS LAJU会把包裹寄回来。
若顾客的包裹被打回来，请在五天内把邮费数额汇进我们的银行，我们再寄回给你，否则我们将无条件当作你们已经放弃包裹。
� If you don't receive your package as the date that we told you,pls inform us,we will trace your package..if the result shown"item to be collect at counter",pls do redeem ur package yourself at the nearest Pos Office immediately..Otherwise,the package wil be return back to us.. In case of your package has been return to us,pls made the payment (postage fee) within 5 days,we will sent out your package again..Otherwise,we will unconditionally as you have give upyour parcels.
