1) 预购: 顾客汇款后2个星期左右，可以收到货，除非有特别因素导致货物拖延，我们会既时通知。不接急单�
2) 付款: 我们都与Maybank或 TNG, Duitnow 户口来交易。顾客确定要订单需在3天内付款，不然作废，我们会在收到汇款后处理下单。
3) 邮费 :西马包邮, 东马邮费1-2件商品加RM15, 买3件商品以上包邮。
4) 退款/退货: 顾客所订购的货，如有缺货，我们必定100%退款或换别个款式。
5) 没有货到付款的服务。
我们在下列情况下一律不允许退款/退货/换货
a) 当你所收到货物颜色少许和图片有所差别
b) 尺寸不适合
c) 提示：衣服平铺尺寸参照表，因手工测量方式不同，存在2-4
cm误差皆属于合理范围。
5) 标价 : 图片上的价都是实价，但我们有权任何时候更改价格，有兴趣的亲们，欢迎询问详情和选购。

�Carole Fashion House� is a trusted online selling clothing store,we are a registered online shop with SSM Reg. PG0408461-W, established in 2016 is a responsible online clothing store, the sale of clothing are European with high-end � quality.
1) Pre-order: 2 weeks after the customer remittance, you can receive the goods, unless there are special factors lead to delays in the goods, we will further notice the customer.
2) Payment: All transaction are through online banking to Maybank account, TNG or Duitnow . Customers required to confirm the orders and make payment within 3 days, else, the order will be ignored. Once the payment received, we will start to process the orders.
3) Postage: West Malaysia free postage , East Malaysia buy 1-2 plus RM15, buy 3 items above free postage.
4) Refund / Return: Any clothes that are out of stock, we will 100% refund or change to other design if customers are ok.
5) No cod services. We will not refund / return / change under the following circumstances
a) When you receive a little color and the picture is different. c) Please take note, the clothes measurements unit in cm,there will be slightly 2 to 4cm differences which consider acceptable range.
5) Price: The price on the picture are actual price, but we have the right to change the price at any time, if you are interested, welcome to ask for details and make order.
6) If you are perfectionist, please don't place order.
