For Preorder Item ,You need to wait 15~20 working days (not include Saturday & Sunday) after Preorder Date

(15th@30th every month) to receive your items…but normally is early 1 o ^^


Terms & Conditions
* Due to the lighting effect, the color of the products shows in the photo might be slightly different from the actual item. Please reconsider before you place order.
* For all items, we will test it before we wrap and post it. We will make sure the item is well functional until it's sent to the courier company. Once it's posted, we, as the seller don't bear the risk of damages during delivery. Therefore, the buyer will bear the risk of any damage during the delivery process. Please reconsider before you place order.
* Any complaints for the above matters will not be accepted. We will send you a confirmation of the order together with our bank details and total amount due.
*Make payment via bank transfer or bank in and notify us by sending an E-Mail or message after payment had made. (Different transfer from other bank will take at least 1 working day processing time)
* Please bank in the actual total amount. If you had paid extra from total amount, Dress Up Closet will credit the balance into your bank account or send to u together with your order item.
* No refund unless the items u order is out of stocks. Any balance should done within 2 weeks after clothes reach. Otherwise any deposit will burned
