Aletta’s Uniform & Sportswear is growing! We are looking for a reliable, organized, and innovative Administrative Officer to join our team.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations (retail & factory support)
Personal Assistant (PA) duties to Management
Handle phone calls, emails, walk-in clients, and meetings
Filing, record-keeping & staff/client info management
Assist with reconciliation of payments and invoices
Communicate and follow up directly with suppliers
Assist with purchase orders, stock control and tracking
Support HR tasks – attendance, leave forms, and staff files
Maintain schedules, appointments, and internal paperwork

📝 Requirements & Qualifications:
Grade 12 (required) – Tertiary qualification in Admin or related field is a bonus
5+ years of admin experience in a retail, factory, or service business
Strong Microsoft Excel skills – for reports & reconciliations
Computer skills are a MUST (Excel, Word, Email, basic systems)
Experience communicating with suppliers or clients
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Honest, professional, and good with people
Open-minded, fast learner, and innovative thinker
Must be confident, proactive, and able to handle pressure
