Mama Ngozi is the calm, observant woman who has seen it all.
She doesn't always interfere when Papa starts one of his antics. Sometimes she simply sits there, watches him, and lets him finish embarrassing himself.
She's witty, practical and has a way of delivering one sentence that completely destroys Papa's argument. 😂
She's also the person who understands both Papa and their daughter better than anyone.
Her signature reaction:

And when Papa refuses...

Papa Chukwudi is the unquestionable head of the household—and he takes that position very seriously. 😂
He's confident, opinionated, dramatic and convinced that his years of experience make him an expert on practically everything.
Whether he's giving unsolicited advice, making a big announcement over something insignificant, trying to prove he's stronger than everyone, negotiating with his daughter, or defending an obviously questionable decision, Papa Chukwudi always has an explanation.
His favourite attitude:

WHAT THE SERIES IS ABOUT
“Fathers and Their Ways” is a lighthearted Nigerian village family comedy following the everyday life of Papa Chukwudi, Mama Ngozi and their daughter Amarachi in a traditional Igbo village.
Every episode takes an ordinary family situation and turns it into comedy through Papa's personality, Mama's reactions and Amarachi's quick comebacks.
There are no complicated storylines.
It's about the little things:
Papa making a huge announcement about something completely ordinary.
Papa giving advice nobody asked for.
Amarachi challenging Papa's logic.
Mama quietly watching the drama unfold.
Papa trying to prove a point and accidentally proving the opposite.
Family gossip and playful teasing.
Village life, farming, cooking, markets and everyday household situations.
Those classic “Papa has started again” moments. 😂
