✨ Feedback from my amazing client all the way from Canada! 🇨🇦

She sent me a lovely video from her shoot, rocking the outfit we made for her. 💃🏽

In my voice note to her, I mentioned that I understood the urgency of the shoot. I also pointed out that if she had shown me the outfit before wearing it, I could have guided her better — because I noticed the shoulder wasn’t sitting properly, and the neckline could have come down a bit more. But even at that, it looked absolutely stunning and perfect on her! 😍

She then explained that the person who helped her dress up didn’t do the button properly — and that was all it needed.

Moral lesson: We truly care about our clients. Even when they’re already satisfied (as you can see she was), if we notice anything off, we won’t hesitate to point it out. Because your satisfaction — and perfection — means everything to us.
