A newly restructured Fashion house is looking for a FASHION RETAIL SUPERVISOR
Location : Abuja
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Displaying items and serving customers
-Dealing with any queries or complaints and advising customers on their purchases.
- Ordering, managing and taking out stock
-Setting up online, social media and in store promotions.
- Managing all social media handles and social media followers engagement.
-Managing online, social media and store sales.
-Managing and motivating other staff, including designers.
-Making sure sales targets are met.
- Helping to interpret reports and predicting future sales.
- Pitching ideas to management
-Stock control, budgeting, promoting products and reacting to any changes in customer demand.
-Getting feedback from customers.
- Supporting design and production teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma, BSc or HND in any Social Sciences or Management courses.
- At least three years work experience in a sales role, preferably in fashion.
- Experience working with customers and clients.
- Must be social media savvy and be able to show it.
- Competent user of computer applications and softwares including photoshop and photo editing tools.
