Your mood can affect your sewing.

There was a period I was emotionally exhausted, but I kept forcing myself to work because “customers are waiting.”

I noticed I was making mistakes I normally wouldn’t make.
Wrong measurements.
Poor concentration.
Redoing simple things.

At first I thought I was losing my talent😂.

But the truth was simple:
I was burnt out.

That season taught me that rest is part of the work too.

A tired tailor will eventually sew tired results.
Now I take my mental state seriously, because creativity suffers when you constantly run on stress.

Have you ever reached a point where you were physically present at work… but mentally completely exhausted?
