Some years back,it was just the bustier,it came,trended, everyone wanted to sew it, clients wanted to wear it irrespective of their age and statues,it was beautiful, unique and gave fashion a unique look,we rocked it, style it and made it look breathtaking at every give opportunity,at the end we moved on🤷

Fast forward to years later, princess dart bustier surfaced,it quickly became a trend replacing the bustier,it was Classic, beautiful and stylish,we held on to it , every outfit carried it, celebrities styled in it, the average woman wants it, the common woman loves it, and baby girl ball dresses says "I am styled as a princess", princess dart became the order of the day

Next it was the Queen of them all "The corset"the queen and the king joined together,we embraced it,we love it,we style it,we wear it and It gave outfits a different look, value and class,it was as if it was meant for the rich and the noble yet the come people refused to accept that as it obviously seen in the way everyone wants and desire to have a corset outfits and yes we are still wearing it 😀

So here comes a long time nurtured thoughts "WILL CORSET EVER BE REPLACED?"WHAT WOULD POSSIBLY REPLACE CORSET? Drop your opinion on the comment section 👇👇

Someone said that Training an apprentice is an investment 🤷so my question is:who is really benefitting from this investment, the apprentice, the boss or both of them, is it always a long term investment or short

After setting my camera to start recording the sewing activities for the day,I realized that I had not brought my favorite scissors ✂️ out,I decided to pause and went to pick it

I taught it was just a thing of go to where it is always kept and pick it up but no it wasn't there,I quickly looked at the direction where other scissors are usually kept yet this particular scissors was not there 🙆

I needed to catch up with time but my village people where fully prepared for me,I searched and searched everywhere for this scissors all to no avail 🤔

At this point I was furious and confused at the same time 😩,does scissors now have wings to fly? what's going on? why this particular scissors? were the taught running through my head yet I kept searching at some point I had to sit down and rest 😫

Am I the only one that has full grown adult ladies around yet things are not always kept where they should be,I am tired because this thing happens often and I don't even know what to do anymore 🤷

Have you experienced this before?

I have long decided in my life that me and urgent work are not meant for each other 😄😄

Imagine after accepting an urgent work just because you needed some money to offset some bills, the client had pleaded extensively that you should not disappoint her and you gave her your words promising to deliver 😃

You quickly get into work, drafting your patterns and transferring to the main fabrics, you added all the interfacing and lining

You sewed,notched , topstitched and ironed simultaneously while time unnoticeably ticked away ,as you stitch every part at any stage you felt nothing but happy as you observe the outfit beautifully taking it's shape❤️👗

Now it was time to join the outfit and bring that beautiful inspirational look to life, you quickly took your tape and measured the first time , the second time and confusion set in , you went ahead and measured the third time only to realize that you didn't add any seam allowance to the main fabrics when you transferred from the pattern paper,there was no allowance at all 😫😩😲🙆🙆🙆😭😭

You have only one more hour remaining to deliver the outfit 🙆🙆🙆🙆
