Opportunity Cost, Alternative Forgone.

This is a public service announcement or should I call it a public service Apology? It's a long story.

Two months ago one of our very generous and trusted clients had paid 80% upfront for two pairs of a particular sandals design.

We embarked upon production the next week. You see this sandals has many stripes of genuine leather (not fiance leather or synthetic leather). This genuine leather is processed cow skin, it is sincerely pricey.

We have made that particular sandals 3 times now. From the sole issue which condemned the first one to the space between the straps which condemned the second one.

The third one is ready now and all the criteria has been met, we can deliver by weekend.

We've made a loss doing this particular job but if there is one thing I left one of Africado's meetings with it is "Your business cannot be anything goes".

We have made a commitment thus never to deliver anything short of our required standard.

Big uncle S, we're so sorry we took this long to do this job. It has stressed us really and we've taken forever to deliver.

I'm so sorry but you'll get it your sandal and enjoy it for years.

For you reading this, we wouldn't deliver an anyhow product to you. Never!!!
