My degree in Plant Science and Biotechnology has taught me that there’s beauty in the breakdown. For The Conservatory, I focused on the segments , the skeletons and the protective structures.

I wanted to see how a palm tree or a garlic bulb could be recreated using beads. These slides are the starting point. The bags will be the result.

My work has always been rooted in botany, but The Conservatory is an evolution. We’ve moved from the softness of ‘Flora’ and ‘ÒDÒDÓ’ into the rigid, beautiful geometry of plant anatomy.
