Dear fashion lovers, every process in making a dress must be 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹 done before you can achieve a good result .

You have to go through the process of
-Taking accurate body measurements
-Drafting ,Transfer to fabric ,Adding interfacing, Ironing each process and Sewing.

In other to achieve a well tailored dress, you must follow all the process I listed above, don't try to skip any of them.
Fashion design is not for the faint-hearted.
Take your time to follow each process.

TIPS TO TAKE NOTE WHEN CUTTING YOUR FABRIC

* Cut on the same fabric grain : Grainlines are the signposts that tell us the direction we need to place our pattern pieces on to the fabric.

* When making a cup busier, irrespective of the fabric you’re using, add 1” seam to the cup area of the pattern to avoid excess around the cup area.

* To prevent fabric behavior, iron interfacing on your fabric before cutting. Some fabrics when heat touches it, it expand or shrink, the process of expanding and shrinking is called fabric behavior and that’s why it is very important to add interfacing to your fabric before cutting, Most especially when making a cup bustier.
