This is a throwback to one of those days where it’s just me, my fabric, my tape my scissors and my thoughts.

This is the stage where 80% of the outfit is decided. One wrong cut and story don change 😂

People always see the final outfit and go “WOW” this is magical but this right here, this is the real magic. Measuring, adjusting, staring at the fabric like it will talk back to me 😁

I so dislike it when someone talks down on any craft, skill or job.😠😠

You have zero idea what it feels to be in those shoes.
You see the glamorous pictures and videos online but what you don’t see are the sleepless nights, the mental breakdowns, the lack of clients, the mistakes that take hours to correct and a lot more!!

You see the finished works but not the processes where one nearly gives up!!

One business advice no one gave me and I had to discover on my own was to never start a job without taking payment.

At least have 70% of your money before start up a job. That should be enough to cover the production cost.

I learnt this the hard way.

May the works of our hands be truly blessed.
