You have to show your customers that not only are you trustworthy, but you can deliver as expected.
You want people to see the difference in what you do and how you are willing to satisfy their needs in the best way that you can.

Alot of businesses exists in the online space with customers from different parts of the world and it is only right that they doubt the sincerity of what you do.

🎯Starting a fashion brand most especially, comes with its own challenges and I will share with you a few of them;

📌In as much as there are good eggs, there are bad eggs in the fashion industry and has thus, made it harder for customers to trust any brand due to bad experiences of being scammed of their money or what they wanted to buy.

📌 The Competition is on a high level; especially when you have two vendors selling similar items but different prices. Most times, it is natural going for the cheaper one but then, quality affects the price of items which people don't take note of until it is been delivered to them.

📌The media has been a powerful tool in making businesses soar and thus, one has to be very active in all social platforms and also involve in intensive marketing which could be really tiring to get a quality audience.

This and many more are the challenges we face as online vendors.

Alot of people might be wondering who I am... Well, I am Ruth Odidih also nicknamed "Moye" from my native name and yes, I am one behind this amazing brand.

I've never really tried to copy anyone because Ive always been a fan of my own style.

While growing up,I hated having the same dresses or outfit with my siblings & peers. I always wanted to be dressed in a unique way. That's what makes me WHO I AM and trust me, YOU TOO.
