Not every first time customer who makes enquiries will búy immediately!!!

And that’s one thing business has taught me.

When a customer sends that first message, respond well and professionally.

If they say they’ll get back to you, no problem.

But until pâyment is made, don’t put your heart into it.

Just like this first time customer: she sent a message last month that she'll be needing white lace-sleeve gown.
I responded and told her the prîce and that was it.
No pressure. No drama.

A few days ago, she came back to confirm availability again.
Luckily for her, we had just one white left — and this time, she made p@yment.

That’s business: today may be a customer coming to make enquiry, tomorrow p@yment.
Interest is also good, but p@yment is better😊

Until then, stay calm and professional.
