STEAMING

For Clogged pores and rough skin
Steam your face:
boil water in a pot or kettle
Pour that water in a bowl or small bucket
Get a big towel or small blanket to cover your head and shoulders
Place the bowl/bucket on the table
Put your face towards the steam coming from the bowl/bucket *be careful not to get to close to the water you will get burned
Close your eyes while doing it the hot steam might ruin your eyes
After your done
Wash your face with cold water to close the pores on your skin
And I promise you your skin will look amazing
Do it 3 times a week maybe Monday, Wednesday and Fridays only

Stop saving your contacts on Sim or Phone

Saving numbers/contacts in your SIM card is an odd and outdated way in this our modern world because of the implications associated with it. If you don't want to regret or pass through the trauma of not being able to retrieve your lost or spoilt SIM card, take note of this.

I've had an encounter with a person that lost his phone but was unable to retrieve his SIM. According to him, he was the one that bought and registered it, but when he went for welcome back, they told him the details he gave is different from what they have.

Now listen, I believe everybody have email (Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail). This email can save you the stress of running around when you lost your phone or misplaced your SIM.

If you're saving numbers in your email, you can retrieve it wherever you are, at any time with just an internet connection.

Once you buy a phone, you are required to provide an email address, and when you log in to it, you'll be able to retrieve all the contacts you saved there without much stress.

It's true that saving contacts in our SIM card is now a culture, but it's very detrimental and I would like you to consider saving in your email because of the benefits.

2 ONION. the acid in onion has natural skin-lightening properties, which can help fight dark spots.

In addition to this, onion are also rich in nutrients like vitamins A and minerals that aids in keeping our skin healthy.
The water content present in onion keeps our skin hydrated and moisturized.
The nutrients present in onions provide nourishment to our skin cells.

3 LEMON. lemon peals are a natural bleaching agent that can lighten dark blotches on the skin and effectively remove them with time, they help in reducing suntans by deflecting harmful UV rays from attacking skin cells.

Items needed for this are

A blender or grater, a strainer, a bowl and a storing bottle.

Preparation.....
peal, grate and strain your potatoes.

Grate your onion and extract the juice.

Wash and zest your lemon. Just use your grater and zest the lemon.
When done .......extract the lemon juice and remove the seeds.

Mixing..
in a bowl add

1tsp lemon zest
1tbs lemon juice
2tbs onion juice
2tbs potatoes juice (stair well before adding)

Mix all very well together.

And your dark spot treatment is ready.

Pour into your bottle

How to use.

If applying on your face leave it on for at least 30mins and rinse off with cold water

OATMEAL IN YOUR CREAM

Here are 5 ways you can use oatmeal for your skin and beauty needs:

1. For Acne:

Boil half cup of oatmeal in the same amount of water and let it cool. Stir the mixture together until you get a fine paste. Apply this mask on your face. Let it sit for 20 minutes and rinse it off with warm water. You can also add blended tomato paste to the mask, i.e. if you are not allergic to tomatoes.

2. For Dry Skin:

Draw yourself a simple oatmeal bath. Add some uncooked oatmeal and baking soda to your bath water. And simply soak in the antioxidants for about 20 minutes. Pat yourself dry. You can also use colloidal oatmeal in your bathwater. Colloidal oatmeal is a specially blended product, which are designed for baths.

3. For Black Heads:

5. Exfoliate:

Prepare a simple scrub of oatmeal, lukewarm water, sugar and coconut oil. Apply this scrub on your face and let it stay for 20 minutes. Clean your face with soft wet tissues. For best results, use the scrub at least twice in a week.
