ZINNIA_EMPIRE is an ONLINE STORE, your one stop online store for everything fashion. We don't have physical walk in store.

Please spare a few minutes to thoroughly read through this before placing your order.

📌 Payment validates orders, We don’t keep item without payment. We don't offer PAYMENT ON DELIVERY❌❌❌.

📌 We don't keep stock on hand. Once you've paid, it takes roughly 3 - 5 workings WORKING DAYS to prepare the items before despatch. Please if you are in a hurry to receive your order from us please do not place order. We are not in control of unforseen circumstances like delay from delivery companies and suppliers.

📌Return/Refund: Please know your size and exact colour you want. Terms and conditions apply if I'm to refund or change any item. Note if the mistake is from us, item must be returned within (24hrs), other states(48hrs) after receipt. Returned items must be unused and in excellent condition.

📌 Delivery fee is not FREE to any location even if you stay in Enugu. Delivery charge depends on your location. We don't use drivers for our delivery. Note we would not bear any losses if you insist we send your goods through driver.
