Let me tell about a part of business that entrepreneurs do not usually talk about.
The part that some times drives you crazy
The part that sometimes pushes you to tears
The part where you sometimes loose all your profit and even spend your personal savings.

So this customer of mine ordered for size 44 of this shoe during sales.
The orders arrived when I was writing my professional exam.
Infact, the day I picked up my goods, I had exam very early the following morning.
With the help of my sis, I packed the goods for waybill the following morning before heading to school for my exams.
This particular customer requested that we deliver to his friend and at his convenience, he would pick up from there.
I delivered and today I woke up to this picture😭
My supplier mistakenly delivered size 42 to instead of 44 😭😭😭
I felt bad
Honestly I can't say how the size escaped my sight because this is the major reason why I insist that the goods get to me first before going to the customer
I want to make sure the size and quality are perfect.
As it is now, I have asked him to return so I can give him the right size.
To correct this mistake will cost me nothing less than 5k
Now ask me how much profit I made from the shoe.
Sometimes, we overlook profit and focus on customer satisfaction.

Business is not a smooth ride
