Important Requirements
- Must have good knowledge of tailoring /Dressmaking.
- Ability to draw production schedules,Co-ordinate & Supervise all production process to meet timely deadline .
- Supervise the production process to ensure all dresses meet consistent STANDARDS.
- Ability to conduct a rigorous monitoring and Quality Control process.
- Review the performance of production team, submit weekly analysis of production team.
