Hello! Good morning beautiful people 😍

Today, I come bearing good news.

Last night, I didn't sleep until 3am. I was on a super long call with a friend who's bothered about how the Asuu strike is affecting the students and it's effect on their mental health.

After a very long conversation, he proposed giving discounts to students who are willing to learn from us but can't afford the complete fee.

I was super excited because I've had lots of persons make enquiries, ask for discounts and all of that.

1. Can I pay twice for the training?

Yes, you can pay twice on a 60:40 but you'd have to sign a document that your balance will come in at most 6weeks after training commences. If you're unable to meet up payment after the stipulated time, you won’t be allowed into class until payment is made.οΏΌ

2. I am students what if Asuu calls off strike while training is still in progress?οΏΌ

There are plans for students who might have to resume school to either take weekend classes or continue their lecture online.

3. I have no idea of fashion designing. Are you sure I'll learn in 4 months?

No, you do not need to have an idea of fashion designing before you can register. We are starting from the scratch. From tape rule reading to how to peddle the sewing machine. And yes, you'll learn in 4 months.

4. Do I have to pay for accommodation?

Yes, if you'll be staying at the hostel, you'd have to pay accommodation fee of 40k for the 4 months.

5. Will I be given training tools?

Yes, you'll be given basic pattern drafting tools.

Reasons you should train with me.

1. I have a verifiable track record of success.

I didn't just emerge one day. I've taken every necessary steps needed which has brought me into this place I am now.

I've paid my dues and I've transferred virtues to others. It's evident in my last set of students.

2. When I decided to do fashion designing in November 2019, I didn't have any knowledge of it even though I couldn't start learning properly until 2020. I couldn't even peddle the sewing machine.

I was a total novice but I learnt fast and I was determined to succeed at this and I'm sure you'd agree with me that I'm succeeding, truly.

What this means is that, you really do not need to have any knowledge, you're free to start from the scratch just like I did and I can assure you that you'd exceed your own expectations.

I had a student like that in the last set who had absolutely no idea and it was a different story after 4 months.

3. I'm very huge on commitments.

My last set of students will bear me witness that my life revolved solely around their learning while their session lasted. I was so committed and dedicated to seeing them grow.

It won't be a walk in the park, you'd do some hard work but that's what makes it worth it at the end of the day. I'd invest so much time and efforts into you. You do not have a choice, you just have to learn.

4. My corrections are always very constructive.

I know the right words to say at the right time. I do constructive criticism. You don't have to worry about getting it right from day one. We'll take baby steps together.

5. I love to teach and answer questions.

I think this is one attribute my last set of students found surprising and they absolutely enjoyed.

About 2 or 3 of them learnt from different places earlier and they didn't gain a thing. Coming here and seeing how I teach, they were both excited and surprised that someone somewhere will be willing to teach all she knows. I am very nice like that.

Next batch resumes on the 1st of August and I hope with these few points of mine, I've been able to convince you about why I am your best plug πŸ€—
