I am deeply honored to have served as a SAED Fashion Design Trainer for the NYSC Batch B Stream I corps members at the Edo State Orientation Camp.

It was a privilege to impact lives by sharing practical fashion design skills and encouraging entrepreneurship among the corps members.

You be tailor, but your real job na motivational speaker for “I go slim into it” customers. Every time:

“Boss, make am small, I dey gym.”

Three weeks later, na you dey adjust cloth like say you dey solve national budget.

You no just dey sew cloth — you dey manage last-minute emergencies:

Wedding: tomorrow morning

Material: never cut

Customer: “I trust you bro”

Trust you ke? Na faith-based fashion 😭

And your tape rule don suffer pass anything in your shop. One customer go inhale like say dem wan snap passport:

“Measure me like this.”

You measure finish, next fitting… brother don return to factory settings 💀

Let’s not even talk about aso-ebi clients…
Dem go price you like say you dey sell pure water:

“Ahh, why e cost like this? Na just cloth na.”

Meanwhile, if you no deliver perfection, dem go drag you like you spoil wedding cake.
