• Must be able to teach, explain, and apply Helen Joseph Armstrong drafting practically

• Must be able to teach Fashion Illustration confidently

• Must possess strong fashion design and garment construction skills

• Excellent communication and teaching ability

• Passionate about training, mentoring, and student development
