Colour Talk! 😂
As a fashion designer, I've learned that having a good grasp of colour identification and combinations is crucial. So, let me share a funny story with you. 🤣
A client came to me with a lace fabric for a wedding she will be attending, and she told me the color codes were Gold and Chocolate and she picked out a chocolate lace... or so she thought! 😳🙄
The lace seemed to change colors before my eyes though 😂- one minute it looked like burnt orange, the next it looked chocolate! 😂
I took the lace to my vendor and asked her to suggest a matching fabric. She showed me a burnt orange dull face satin.
Na so I explained my confusion give ham, and she gave me a chocolate satin to compare. 🤣
