How to get things done:

1. Plan: collect information about what you want to do, then realistically come up with steps to reach your goal.
2. Execute: it’s not as easy as saying, “GET IT DONE!” You’ve got to DO, then DO BETTER. Don’t stay in planing mode forever, and don’t expect to get it done perfectly at first. There’s no such thing as perfect. Be gracious with yourself and keep at it, learn from your mistakes and do better.
