Matsayin ki na uwa, kina so yaron ki ya samu ingantaccen lafiya kiga jikin shi yayi ƙarfi yayi kyau kamar Dan madara?
Ki biyoni kiji dalilan da suke kawa kiga yaro ya zama abin sha'awa.
1. *Abinci mai gina jiki*
- Yara masu samun abinci mai ɗauke da *protein, fats, iron, zinc, vitamin A & E,* da *calcium* suna samun ƙarfi da fata mai kyau.
- Misalai: wake, kifi, kwai, madara, dankalin turawa, karas, avocado, da dabino.
2. *Shan ruwa sosai*
- Ruwa yana taimakawa wajen tsaftace jiki da kuma kawo sheki a fata.
3. *Isasshen barci*
- Barci mai kyau yana taimakawa ci gaban ƙwayoyin jiki da sabunta fata.
4. *Shan n*n*n uwa (0-6 months)*
- Yana cike da sinadaran kariya da gina jiki masu kyau ga fata da ƙarfin jiki.
5. *Amfani da man shafawa masu kyau*
- Misali: man zaitun, man koko (shea butter) — suna kare fata daga bushewa da kuma ƙara mata laushi.
6. *Kariyar fata daga rana da ƙura*
- Rufe jiki da tufafi masu kyau da tsafta na taimakawa sosai.
7. *Guje wa cututtuka da allurar rigakafi*
- Lafiyar ciki yana nuna hasken jiki a waje. Fata mai kyau na nuni da lafiyar ciki.
