There was a time when spending several long dragging years in a madam’s shop was considered “learning work.”

But let’s be real for many women/Girls, it wasn’t truly about acquiring a skill. It was simply a way to stay busy until marriage came, then disappear with a polite “thank you ma.”or “Ghost Mode”
Or even Eyes Service FREEDOM ceremony.

Some were fortunate enough to leave with a sewing machine which later became a stand for drying baby clothes.
Others didn’t even get that much.
Either way, it created the illusion of learning not actual growth.

And sometimes I genuinely wonder: do we,as women not see what men are doing?

A man will dedicate his time to learning a skill, master it and turn it into a livelihood. He focuses, invests and builds.

But too often, many women are still sitting back, waiting for someone to save them waiting for circumstances, marriage or luck to do the work they should be doing themselves.

But this era has changed.
Today, skills are not gender-based and success is not accidental.
If you don’t rise, learn and build something for yourself, nobody is coming to do it in your place.

The world has evolved and so should we.
