Tell me why I chose a profession where, once I sit at my sewing machine, I can sew all through the night without even feeling sleepy. π©π
My sewing machine was faulty for about 4β5 days, and because of my 9β5 job, I couldn't find time to get it repaired. Honestly, I felt so frustrated because I had customer orders waiting, and I do most of my sewing at night after work.
Since next week is the end of the month, I've been trying to finish all my pending orders. So yesterday evening, I sat down to sew... and before I knew it, it was after 5 a.m. this morning! The funny part? I wasn't even sleepyβI had to force myself to go to bed.
Then tell me why I slept around 5 a.m., woke up by 8:30 a.m., and my whole body felt like I hadn't slept at all. π
Is it only tailoring that's this stressful, or are other professions like this too?
But honestly, no matter how stressful it gets, I still enjoy sewing through the night. It's only when I'm done that reality hits me that I actually didn't sleep. What's your own experience with any type of job you are doing?β€οΈπ§΅
