But first, know your body type.

✓✓THE HOURGLASS BODY SHAPE.

In this body type, your bust and hip measurements are almost equal with a defined waist measurement.

Example;
Bust: 36 inches
Waist:28 inches
Hip:38 inches

✓✓THE RECTANGULAR BODY SHAPE.

Here, the measurements of your bust waist and hip are almost the same.

Example:
Bust:38 inches
Waist:35 inches
Hip:40 inches

✓✓THE PEAR BODY SHAPE.

If you are in this category,it means that the measurement of your hips is quite wider than that of your bust.

Example:
Bust:34 inches
Waist:30 inches
