Nigerian pumping mums, let's talk about that 3 AM pump. 😩🤱🏽
You wake up, pump, and then remember…

“Ah! I still have to wash these pump parts.” 😭😂
And before you know it, you've spent another 20–30 minutes in the kitchen when all you wanted was to go straight back to sleep.

If you only have one pump and one set of pump parts, here's what can make things easier:
🍼 Pump
💧 Rinse the parts immediately
🧼 Wash them properly with soap and clean water
🌬️ Leave them to air-dry on a clean surface
😴 BACK TO BED!

Keep a small, clean basin and drying rack specifically for your baby's feeding and pumping equipment so you don't have to start looking for things at 3 AM.

And if you can eventually get an extra set of pump parts, even better, you'll have a backup for those really exhausting days.

She went from 40ML to 120ML! 😭👏🏽

When she first got her breast pump from us, she was struggling with low milk supply.
So we gave her a pumping schedule and encouraged her to stay consistent:
3 AM → 6 AM → 9 AM → 12 PM → 3 PM → 6–7 PM → 10 PM.
She also added coconut water to her pap and nuts routine.

And the result? 🥹👇🏽
40ML ➡️ 120ML
Now, we're not saying coconut water is a magic milk booster. 😅
The real goal was frequent, consistent milk removal + proper pumping routine + adequate food and fluids.
And Mama stayed CONSISTENT. ❤️

This is your reminder that a low pumping output doesn't automatically mean you have to give up breastfeeding.
Sometimes, you need the right strategy, patience and support.
